6,000 SF new build restaurant. Demolished the existing 99 and re-built the new design in a new footprint. Job was accelerated to meet a 12 week schedule which was 6 weeks faster than any 99 had been built.
Four interior fit-ups ranging from 1200 SF – 2400 SF. These fit ups ranged from new space that had not as yet been built in to old space where existing brick walls and wood beams were featured as an architectural element.
